For how many years have you been teaching ... and how long have you been at DU?
What course will you be inviting your peers to observe this quarter ... and when does it meet (include days and times)?
The Peer Visit Program is designed as an opportunity for you to reflect upon and gain ideas/insights for your
teaching by visiting others' classes (
than as an opportunity to give and receive feedback). However, if you would prefer to be part of a group that is more focused on giving each other feedback on their teaching, please indicate that below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
I would prefer to join a group that is focused on self-reflection on our own teaching.
I would prefer to join a group that will give each other feedback on their teaching.
Our kick-off breakfast is on
Monday, January 11th at 9:00 am
in the OTL Conference Room (AAC Room 345). It will a great opportunity to meet your review team and the rest of your cohort, and learn more about what you'll be doing. We are asking that everyone attend the kick-off session (if you cannot we will schedule a time to meet with you individually).
Will you be able to attend the January 11th kick-off?
Yes, I will be there!
No, I cannot attend and will arrange another time to meet with you.
We plan to assign people to cross-disciplinary peer review groups based on the information provided here (it's a really great way to get to know additional faculty members!). However, if a group of you has decided to form a peer review group ahead of time, please list the names of the persons in your group below (everyone in your group must register and indicate when they register that they are part of the group).
Any additional comments or information you would like to share?
One last step!!
Please also fill out this meeting request form to indicate when you could be available during a TYPICAL WEEK in the winter quarter (at least one time) so that we can best assign the peer groups:
