Directions: Undergraduates may register for 19 credit hours without approval signatures. Undergraduates who wish to register for more than 19 credit hours must complete this form in its entirety in order to gain approval from an advisor in Academic Advising. A cumulative GPA of greater than 3.0 is required for approval. Students who qualify may take a maximum of 21 hours; they may not take more than that. Please note that whether or not approval is needed, tuition will be charged for any extra hour(s) beyond 18 hours.
