Apply to Be a Colorado Project Fellow – Rural Renaissance Learning Tour

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Colorado Project Fellow! This spring, we’re launching the Rural Renaissance Learning Tour, an exclusive opportunity to engage with rural leaders and innovators across Colorado. As a fellow, you’ll join a select group of changemakers exploring the Southern Borderlands, Eastern Plains, and Resort-Adjacent Communities, connecting urban and rural perspectives to shape a resilient future for our state.

We are seeking Korbel alumni with at least five years of relevant professional experience who are eager to learn alongside rural leaders. Fellows must attend at least two of three site visits (June, August, and October 2025). Travel and accommodation are covered, with a $500 participation fee that may be personally funded or employer sponsored.

Please submit your application by April 18th, 2025. You will be notified of your status by April 25th, 2025.

All participants will be asked to attend 2 of the 3 following convenings:
Eastern Plains (June 16-18), Southern Borderlands (August 14-15), and Mountain Resort Communities (October 8-10) with an ask to attend the majority of the virtual convenings throughout.

Reach out to Landon Mascarenaz (landon.mascarenaz@du.edu) with any questions.
