Online Via Zoom - Link sent upon RSVP

Critical race theory (CRT) has become a controversial issue in the media recently. However, our students here at the University of Denver learn about CRT in the classroom. They are also asked to apply CRT to their internship experience. Moreover, we know that despite the challenges around the country with discussing CRT, it does not change the reality that both agencies and students confront issues related to CRT, regularly. We must first begin with a fundamental understanding of CRT. Then, we want to help you understand how it impacts the internship experience and how you can navigate difficult discussions as well as address specific behaviors related to CRT and its six tenets.
