For all marketing & communications inquiries submitted through this form: Project inquiries should be submitted 60 days minimum prior to your requested ideal delivery date. Project inquiries related to the development of campus event materials and collateral should be submitted 90 days minimum prior to the event date.

Any rush project inquiries submitted less than 60 days minimum prior to the ideal delivery date will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the understanding that MarComm may not be able to accommodate due to work already in-progress or planned for your fellow campus partners.

All submitted requests will be evaluated and addressed based on available DU MarComm capacity and available resources. Why these submission policies? Our minimum time submission requirements ensure that we will be able to:
