User Agreement

Users of University of Denver data and reporting are required to follow all specific policies, guidelines, and procedures established by colleges, departments, or business units with which they are associated and that have provided them with access privileges.  This includes information confidentiality agreements. 
 
Please refer to the University's Acceptable Use Policy for Computer and Network Systems for the most up-to-date detailed version of University policy.
 
Any reports created from the data set we have provided should not be shared or made accessible to others without express permission.  If you have requested student or employee data, your request and purpose will be shared with and vetted by data owners in the Office of the Registrar and Human Resources.
 
As a requester of University data, you are responsible for ensuring the security of any sensitive organizational data and should not leave copies of data in unencrypted form on laptops or removable media.
 
Statistical analysis of raw data is a technical skill that requires specific training. If you are conducting a complex analysis, please partner with us in order to ensure that we achieve valid results and interpretation of results.
