This form is for all student organizations and individual students hosting events, including those events organized in collaboration with a Sturm College of Law department. 

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event! All events (including hybrid or remote events), both on and off campus, must be reviewed and authorized by the Office of Student Affairs. Fill out the fields below; you will receive a response from us within 1 week of submission of this form regarding your status. While waiting for review, students should continue to proceed with completing the other required steps for student organization events.
