The PULSE is sent regularly every Wednesday during the academic year to all undergraduate students with active DU e-mail accounts. The PULSE is the centralized undergraduate student communication that informs students about campus happenings, upcoming events, news and announcements.

The GRAD is sent regularly every other Thursday (Weeks 1,3,5,7,9) during the academic year to all graduate students with active DU e-mail accounts. The GRAD is the centralized graduate student communication that informs students about campus happenings, upcoming events, news and announcements.

The deadline for submissions for either newsletter is 4:30pm on the Monday of the week of publication


The content of the newsletter is subject to the University’s general rules on conduct. The Division of Student Affairs & Inclusive Excellence reserves the right to review and edit on the contents of all of the material submitted for appropriateness to the audiences. All submissions are subject to prioritization based on time sensitivity and breadth of interest to students.
