Thank you for nominating your supervisor or student employee for the Student Employee & Supervisor of the Year award! One undergraduate, one graduate, and one supervisor will be selected to win $500 each and recognized during National Student Employment Week.
The strongest nominations will provide specific details and examples about how the nominee exceeded the criteria listed. Make sure you answer each question directly, referencing specific, detailed examples about context, action, and impact.
Please note: only staff will be eligible for Supervisor of the Year. Faculty member nominations will be shared with the Faculty Career Champion program instead for recognition.
- Faculty: academic employees of the university who primarily work in teaching and research
- Staff: non-teaching employees of the university who may primarily work in administration, advising, program management, communications, or other functions
