Welcome to the Digital Commons PhD/Masters projects and papers submission form!This form is meant for:
- Doctoral dissertations, dissertations in practice, capstone projects, or research papers
- Masters theses, capstone projects, or research papers
If you are an Undergraduate (Bachelors) student, please use this form instead.Digital Commons is the University of Denver's institutional repository - a system that archives and publishes the scholarship and creative works of the university's faculty, students, and staff. When you submit your project, it will be archived or published in the repository.
In order to complete your submission, you will need:
- Your paper/project advisor's name and email address
- The names of any committee members or secondary readers for your project
- Your anticipated graduation date
- Your anticipated degree (ex: M.S. in Chemistry)
- Department/program you will graduate from (ex: College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Chemistry and Biochemistry department)
- Title, keywords, and abstract of your paper/project
- A copy of your paper/project file (typically a document, audio, or video file)
- Copies of any supplemental files necessary for the paper/project (data, graphs, codices, or files that are required for the project to make sense/be usable)
If you have multiple files, it is best to add them into a single zip file before submitting.
In Windows: Select the files you wish to add. Right click one of the selected files. "Hover over Compress to" and select ZIP File.
On Mac: Select the files you wish to add. Control-click one of the selected files. Choose "Compress".
For most projects, supplemental files are unnecessary. We are able to host most file types, but if your project uses atypical files, please let us know in the Notes or Comments box at the end of this form. We will contact you if we have any questions about your submission.
