Welcome to the Undergraduate Project Digital Commons Submission Form!

This form is meant for Undergraduate theses, capstones, honors papers, and recitals.

If you are a Masters or Doctoral student, please use this form instead.

Digital Commons is the University of Denver's institutional repository - a system that archives and publishes the scholarship and creative works of the university's faculty, students, and staff. When you submit your project, it will be published or archived in the repository.

Prior to submission, let your project advisor know you will be submitting. There may be additional department requirements you need to meet before submission, such as completing a defense.

In order to complete your submission, you will need:
  • Your project advisor's name and email address
  • The names of any committee members or secondary readers for your project
  • Your anticipated graduation date
  • Your anticipated degree (ex: B.S. in Chemistry)
  • Department/program you will graduate from (ex: College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Chemistry and Biochemistry department)
  • Title, keywords, and abstract of your project
  • A copy of your project file (typically a document, audio, or video file)
  • Copies of any supplemental files necessary for the project (data, graphs, codices, or files that are required for the project to make sense/be usable)

If you have multiple files, it is best to add them into a single zip file before submitting.
In Windows: Select the files you wish to add. Right click one of the selected files. "Hover over Compress to" and select ZIP File.
On Mac: Select the files you wish to add. Control-click one of the selected files. Choose "Compress".

For most projects, supplemental files are unnecessary. We are able to host most file types, but if your project uses atypical files, please let us know in the Notes or Comments box at the end of this form. We will contact you if we have any questions about your submission.
